Your account is governed by the terms published on this site. Access to features and whether participation is lawful depends on local law in your region. Where Indian law applies, those provisions take precedence. You confirm legality in your jurisdiction when you open an account.

Send a written data-access request to our support email. We will verify your identity, compile the relevant records and deliver them to your registered email within 30 days of the verified request. There is no charge for a first request in any 12-month period.

You may request deletion of personal data that we are not required to retain by law. Transaction records tied to financial compliance obligations must be kept for the legally mandated period. We will confirm in writing what can be deleted and when it will be actioned.

Payment instructions are processed through the respective payment provider's infrastructure. We store the transaction reference, amount, timestamp and status — we do not store full UPI IDs or Paytm wallet credentials on our servers. You can review all transaction entries from your account dashboard.

We send a notification to your registered email at least seven days before any update takes effect. The previous version stays available in the Help Centre. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should close your account before the effective date.

Contact support by email with the subject line 'Formal Dispute' and describe the issue clearly. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and assign it to our policy team. Written responses to formal disputes are issued within seven business days of acknowledgement.
